Application Requirements

• Be a Florida resident.
• Be at least 18 years old at the time of application (students under 18 years of age must take the Official G.E.D. Practice Test and obtain an age waiver)
• Have a legal photo-identification card showing age in one of the following formats:

-  State of Florida Drivers License -  State of Florida Identification Card -  Valid Passport

-  Military ID - Other Forms of Government   Issued (national or foreign) ID

• Have a social security card or a letter from the Social Security Administration showing a social security number, and provide a Florida ID, or another form of ID – passport, etc., bearing the exact name and date of birth.
  
• If a student does not have a Social Security Number, an identification number will be assigned to the student.
  
• Not be enrolled in a accredited high school unless in an approved dropout prevention program.
